We have been welcoming guests during the summer since 2008 and have always maintained our membership with the Prince Edward County Chamber of Commerce. In 2019, the Municipality of Prince Edward County began licensing the providers of Short Term Accommodation (STA) and we have held a license (ST-2019-0023) since that date.
Our Policies
Reflect our visitors desire for comfortable accommodation in a quiet and private setting: (1) adults only; (2) no pets; (3) no smoking/vaping; (4) no lingering cooking smells (strong spices, curry, etc.); (5) no parties.
Only those guests identified in the Reservation Request can stay overnight; the renter is responsible for visitors.
Rates
Includes applicable HST; single or double adult occupancy; use of a seasonal Sandbanks parking pass is included with suite rental (Sandbanks requires a day use reservation – check this website)
$280 per suite per night
4% Municipal Accommodation Tax applies
Minimum 2 nights (3 nights for long weekends)
100% payment to hold your reservation after we confirm availability

After we confirm availability, pay a deposit for 100% of the rental fee (we will email detailed instructions)
Cancellation:
Your deposit is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival; otherwise one night’s stay will be charged

Eleven Centre is situated on an historic street of fine, lovingly restored century homes with mature gardens; in a prime location, less than a 5 minute walk to Main Street restaurants, unique shops, Regent Theatre, Crystal Palace & Fairgrounds and Picton harbour. Sandbanks Provincial Park is a 20 minute drive
